Terms and conditions
This non-exclusive commercial license offers the usage right to create an unlimited number of items or length (fabrics, textiles, or wallpapers) or other types of commercial use physical product for up to 3 years after purchase date.
PROHIBITED USES AND LIMITATIONS:
1. Permitted Usage: The purchaser is permitted to use the patterns for the creation of physical product only including but not limited to textiles, wallpaper, stationery, phone or laptop case, packaging. However, using the Licensed Artwork to create any digital, non-tangible, or digitally distributable product including, but not limited to social media images, online advertisement, website elements is strictly prohibited.
2. Distribution and Social Media: Sharing or posting or making the Licensed Artwork publicly available in a way that allows others to download, screenshot, extract, or redistribute it as a standalone file in its original form is strictly prohibited. This includes sharing or posting the artwork without watermarks on social media, websites, or online advertisements to promote products created with the Licensed Artwork.
3. Print On-Demand Services: Any use that allows others to customize a digital or physical end product using the Licensed Artwork is strictly prohibited, whether for commercial or personal use. This includes "print on demand" or "made to order" services, as well as applications and websites such as Zazzle, Redbubble, Society6, Spoonflower, and similar platforms.
4. Trademark: The Licensed Artwork may not be used as part of a trademark. You are not allowed to register, protect, or enforce any trademark or similar rights in the Licensed Artwork. This mean The Licensed Artwork cannot be used for brand identity, logos, or any other trademark purposes.
5. Copyright: You may not claim the Licensed Artwork (or any modification thereof) as your own copyrighted work. The original Licensed Artwork must be disclaimed in any copyright registration.
6. Wholesalers and Intermediaries Prohibited: Using the Licensed Artwork for the manufacturing and wholesale distribution of textiles or raw materials, for sale to other businesses or individuals for their subsequent manufacturing into final products, is strictly prohibited. This license allows for direct manufacturing of final products only. The licensee must be the final manufacturer of the goods on which the Licensed Artwork is used.
7. Falsely Representing Authorship/Ownership: Falsely representing authorship or ownership of the Licensed Artwork is strictly prohibited
8. License Duration: The purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the license provided under these terms and conditions is valid for a duration of three (3) years from the date of purchase. After the expiration of this period, the purchaser is not permitted to use the Licensed Artwork. If the purchaser wishes to continue using the patterns after the three-year period, they must purchase a new license from the seller.
9. Refunds: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Refunds will not be provided.
10. Changes to Terms: The seller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the seller's website.
